📣 Field Day Reminder for Tomorrow!
We are excited for a fun-filled Field Day and wanted to share a few important reminders for parents and visitors:
1️⃣ Check-In Procedures
If you pre-registered online, please park your car and proceed directly to the PE Pavilion gate to receive your visitor pass.
If you did NOT register online, please go to the front office first, check in at the front desk, and receive your visitor pass before heading outside.
2️⃣ Field Day Times
K–2: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
3–5: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
If you decide to check out your student after Field Day, you may do so at the PE Pavilion.
If you plan to check out more than one student (for example, siblings), you will need to go to the front office and have them dismissed from there.
Students who are not participating in Field Day at that time will not be traveling to the PE Pavilion.
3️⃣ Identification & Checkout
Please bring a valid form of identification to present at check-in.
If you plan to check out a student, you must be on their approved checkout list.
No exceptions will be made, and we will not be adding anyone to checkout lists on the day of the event due to the large number of visitors.

Today we kicked off our new attendance initiative here at PRE, and it was a great first day! Students who were in their seats and ready to learn after the Pledge of Allegiance received a special ticket to wear pajamas to school tomorrow! 💤🎉
So if your student comes home with a ticket, let them get their comfy on tomorrow and enjoy their well-earned reward!
If your student did not receive a ticket today, don’t worry! There will be more opportunities to earn tickets and other PBIS prizes in the future.
